Alter G Treadmill

Run when you can't run. The AlterG lets you run or walk at as little as 40% of your body weight so you can reduce the impact on your muscle tissue, joints, and bones. If you're coming back from a stress fracture, a post-op knee, a bad hamstring, or you just need to take the pounding off your legs, this is how you keep your fitness while your body heals. It uses NASA-developed air pressure technology. You zip into a sealed chamber from the waist down, the machine calibrates to your exact weight, and then you dial your body weight down in 1% increments. Your form stays normal. The impact drops off a cliff.

Who uses it

Runners rehabbing an injury who don't want to lose eight weeks of fitness. Post-surgical patients who've run out of physical therapy visits but aren't done recovering. Walkers with knee or hip arthritis. Anyone carrying extra weight who wants to move without the joint load.

You do not need a referral, a prescription, or an evaluation from a PT Clinic. You book a time and you run.
