    Brandon Hudgins is the co-founder of High Point Athletic Club. Brandon has over two decades of experience as a runner, a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, and a passion for spreading the love of running wherever he finds himself.

  • Austin Miller

    As HPAC’s speed and strength coach, U.S. Champion Austin Miller helps athletes across the Triad develop power, explosiveness, and confidence. He combines elite experience with a passion for helping others grow.

  • Graham Crawford

    Joins HPAC as a Coach and Professional athlete. A Burlington native and graduate of North Carolina State, Graham enjoys helping the next generation of runners make their dreams a reality.

  • Meet Lindsay

    Lindsay is HPAC’s running and sports nutrition coach, helping athletes of all levels improve performance from the 5K to the marathon. Drawing on her own journey from back-of-the-pack runner to World Major Marathon finisher, she guides athletes in training, nutrition, and confidence-building.

  • Josh Jackson

    Trail runner and licensed massage therapist Josh Jackson (LMBT #19673) helps athletes of all ages and abilities recover, rebuild, and perform pain-free. His hands-on approach and passion for movement make him a trusted part of the HPAC community.

  • Lydia Hughes

    Lydia is coach & fitness instructor who believes exercise is medicine and recognizes how impactful an active lifestyle can be for an individual’s well-being. She has a passion for sharing exercise with her community.
