Full-Time Coaching – $125/month
For athletes who want complete guidance and regular communication.
Weekly personalized running and strength plan
Unlimited email, text, and phone contact with coaches (same-day response)
Race planning, strategy, and goal setting support
10% off HPAC massage therapy services
$35 (a $15 discount) on 1-on-1 strength training sessions
12-Week Half Marathon or Marathon Plan – $250
Perfect if you’re targeting a specific race and want a plan designed just for it.
