Runner Strength Class

Whether you are new to running or you're a seasoned vet, every runner can benefit from strength training. A strong & mobile runner is a healthy runner. This is a 60 minute class that will focus on improving your strength and balance, as well as working on overall athleticism and mobility.

Brandon Hudgins

Brandon Hudgins is the co-founder of High Point Athletic Club. Brandon has over two decades of experience as a runner, a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, and a passion for spreading the love of running wherever he finds himself.

Austin Miller

Austin Miller, U.S. Pole Vault Champion and World Championship Qualifier, brings world-class speed and strength training to High Point, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He coaches youth, high school, and adult athletes looking to get faster, stronger, and more explosive.
