Run & Nutrition Coach
Lindsay Scott is a running and sports nutrition coach with experience across distances from the 5K to the marathon, including multiple World Major Marathons. Her passion lies in helping runners of all levels achieve their goals. Having taken nearly an hour off her own marathon and half marathon times - transforming from a back-of-the-pack runner to a podium finisher, she deeply understands the journey from struggling to run a single mile to crossing the marathon finish line.
Though she didn’t start running until college, Lindsay brings a strong athletic background from her years competing in golf. Through her personal experience, she has seen the transformative power of proper training and nutrition—not just in athletic performance, but in overall quality of life.
Lindsay holds a degree in Human Relations from High Point University and has built a professional career in Leadership Development. She is certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition by the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). Her coaching approach centers not just on performance, but on helping people build confidence and live life to the fullest through movement.
